SO VERY PEACEFUL AND CALMING TO SEE

JUST A SIGHT OF HER MAKES ME BELIEVED

THAT A TRUE ANGEL WAS GIFTED TO ME.

HER EYES SO COMFORTING TO LOOK AT

THE SMILE IN HER FACE THAT A MORNINGS START

HER WORDS IS MY PROVISION EVERYDAY

AND SHE WALK BY MY SIDE IN ALL THE WAY.

THIS IS HER AN ANGEL THAT VISITS EARTH

THE ONE DELIVERED ME IN PAINFUL JOY

THE ONE THAT GAVE ME LIFE UPON BIRTH

ASIDE FROM  GOD WHO MADE ME BREATH

THROUGH PROVIDING ME DELICIOUS FOOD

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE AN ICT STUDENT?

            I have noticed a very distinct difference in education in ICT compared to others.

            The subject offered me a lot of opportunities to develop. I had inspirational teacher who encouraged me to explore by the internet. The internet and computers have helped develop my creativity and my work has flourished as a result. It would be a great help to my college degree.

            The overall experience as a student in ICT was spectacular: we made a lot of blogs where we receive some comments , we explore, and so on…. This was be one of the best things that had happened to my high school life.

"MY DREAM, MY FUTURE"

Life is all about gathering inspiration, following ambition and setting goals accordingly. In the future I aim to combine my skill, tecniques and imagination and target the entertainment industry.

            I want to be a 3D lighting, texturing and composition artist in the industry. I know that the road ahead will be tough and I know I have a lot to learn but I am completely motivated to achieve this goal.

            Watching films, implementing VFX and animation have motivated me to come up with something similar perhaps better.

            Films with technical brilliance from a variety of genres inspire me to attain high standards of professionalism and creativity. Film making is all about merging emotions, actions, science and technology.

"THE CHANGE I WANT TO SEE STARTS WITH ME"

“Yes! I’ll change for the better!”

            “I will let go of my bad attitudes!”

            “I’m gonna live a new life!”

            “CHANGE…CHANGE…CHANGE!!...”

            A 6 letter word so easy to spell, but so VERY HARD for one to make it spell-dable to his/her life.

            Face it, it’s one of the hardest things that one would ever do.

            How does change cycle? What’s the starting point to do it. What if we base change to it? I will single point myself. Like a fun run, I will start change from myself and after changing myself from a better person, I will conrinue running until such time I reached the finish line which I would compare vas ‘others”,”you", or whatever is the proper noun to address human race. Meaning I would try my very best to help other change for the better.

            So the bottom line is, “CHANGE STARTS WITH ME”. Not from others to change you but they are only instrument on how was able to change and be an instrumental for those who want change in them.

"KANNAWIDAN" THE ILOCOS FESTIVAL

            “Like we are used to…”

            “The way of life, one is accustomed to…” Tradition in its saintliest form or connotation, one would perceive it.

            For how, we, Filipinos are really used and accustomed in so many ways? Our daily task day to day activities (in and outside home) and how life goes on.

            In the old times of our history, there are a lot of customary traits in it that our present time still captures. Meaning, we still do and carry them now despite high density of modern technology.

            The Ilocos festival which the beautiful city of our own heritage, VIGAN, yearly recaptures if not making some old traditions visible to us like the native dances and costumes, games like palusebo and most especially bringing to us the natives of our own province like those of our exquisite by products from the land e.g Big “luya”. “barako” varieties and some other vegetables that are extra ordinary that some teens like I couldn`t imagined.

            The least, there goes different by products from different towns and provinces that people are seeking and buying them no matter how hard sometimes to growing to crowded people.

            Well, Kannawidan festival, I must say is quite an attraction and of course, gaining revenue for the province businesses and the businessman of the towns…

            “Mabuhay ang industriya ng Ilocos Sur`”…

            

            Third grading period has ended. And now I am again looking forward for the last chapter of our ICT-IV subject. The fact that I struggled in the third grading because of web designing. And for the next grading, I must exert my very best to for this subject for it takes only few more weeks before we say goodbye to ISNHS and I don’t want to repent that i have been a sluggish student at my high school life.

            Let us go over the past gradings of my ICT-IV. I have learned much in this subject but i can”t deny the fact that I’m not satisfied on my performances as I go on with the challenges.  In our third grading, I have learned more about HTML tags. I have learned so many things about it especially when we had different exercises and in making our project which is  web designing that covers all that we've learned about HTML tags. In these grading I have learned on how to insert font attributes, add background colors and images and html links. As i go on with the flow of our subject, I am encountering problems. There are things that I don’t know what am I going to do but i never faltered because Ma’am Vera Cruz is always there to guide us.  Her patience and love for us gave us strenght to continue with our journey in ICT-IV.  

            I must be going through a phase where I feel that  must study harder and harder. I know that every learnings will not be wasted in the near future.. It so sad to say that graduation is fast approaching but I haven’t yet done very well on my ICT-IV.. Hoping that this grading will be great help for me to improve more with my studies.. 

     Every year before New Year’s Day, one needs to contemplate on what has done during the year. Before making new years resolution, one must ponder on which ones have not been fulfilled and which goals need to be achieved.

     Many people says that resolutions are only made to be broken but it is not so. As a student my resolutions usually revolves around the studies, professional and personal growth. My parents, peers and friends and relatives influence my resolutions. I usually make simple resolutions, which I can easily fulfill by myself. This year I have resolved to have a better understanding of my subjects, especially to the one I disliked. I have decided to get a good result in my exams. This year 2012 I must be going through a phase where I need to change my lifestyle to be better individual.

     Life must go on and I will always keep in mind that I should never give up because miracle happens everyday and I’ll focus in making things better, not bigger. Have a happy and peaceful 2012!..
